As part of the CuraFin Advisors service team, Tania handles a wide variety of tasks for servicing our clients’ needs. Our firm prides itself on offering best-in-class, personalized services and Danielle is a key contributor to that for our clients. She strives to strengthen relationships and consistently deliver an excellent client experience.
Tania has over 15 years of experience in the retirement services industry. Before joining the team, she spent over a decade at two of the country's top 5 retirement plan providers, helping clients in the New York City Metropolitan area. Tania was responsible for managing the relationship for mid-market 401(k) clients with over $650 Million in plan assets. In her role, she acted as a proactive lead consultant between 401(k) plan sponsors, advisors, and third-party administrators on resolving plan design, compliance, and investment line-up deficiencies. Tania is an animated and knowledgeable presenter and conducted employee education meetings for various industries, from landscapers to doctors to professional athletes. Tania also has undertaken numerous 401(k) plan sponsor training sessions and assisted with sales presentations. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Primary Duties at TMD Wealth Management
